Have you ever heard a song that lifted you up and kept you there?

A song that impacted your life forever.

Some songs in your life stay with you forever!

What songs do in our life is a gift.

Especially when that song comes from someone who loves you so dear and loves you unconditionally.

We all have things that go on in our life that rocks us to the core.

When those challenges come so consistently you have to ask yourself.

Is it me?

It might just be!

Life is a like a long winding highway filled with curves, bumps, detours, and roadblocks.

It doesn't always have to be so stressful though to drive that vehicle down the road.

You can still get to where you want to go without keeping your hands always at 10 and 2, white-knuckling it.

I agree that some of the drive is very scary.

You don’t know exactly where you are going.

At that particular stretch in the road, you will need to white-knuckle it, no doubt.

Hey, come on now. We know it’s not always like that.

There are times when you can see so far down the road and it's straight ahead for miles and miles. You know exactly where you are going and how to get there.

Take that time to recharge. Put your foot on the wheel, lean back put your hands behind your head, and . . . Relax.

Always keep in mind God is in control.

You have to be there, be present but don’t be so stressed.

Sometimes the road is easy.

Don’t make it hard at the easy times thinking about every single thing in life.

Things that happened.

Things that could happen.

Things that didn’t work out.

Relax Gods got you in the palm of his hand!

There are times where he fully takes control and you just have to maintain.

Remember you need to keep two eyes on the road, you need to be aware to see where your going.

To see what is up ahead.

Be aware of your surroundings. At any time you must be able to put your hands back at 10 and 2 again.

Be ready but not stressed.

This is Life.

Many times we become so stressed that we forget to enjoy the ride with the people who matter most to us.

There's a time to rest.

There's a time to work.

There's a time to play.

There's a time to Pray.

Don’t worry about work when it's time to PRAY!

PRAY HARD!

GIVE it ALL YOUR FOCUS AND ATTENTION!

Do everything with conviction.

Give 100% focus to every circumstance and activity we are in.

Too many times we let other areas of our lives spill over into each other.

Never giving 100% to any one thing.

When we work sometimes we rest and when we are supposed to be resting we work.

When we commit to a workout we check emails and text in between sets and vice versa.

Not one part of our lives is focused.

Then we asked ourselves at the end of the day why we have so much depression and anxiety in our lives.

Try putting your foot on the wheel, sit back, and make the ride easy.

Relax!

Don’t let anxiety and fear take a hold of you thinking about what is going to happen and what you didn't do. What didn’t work out.

Focus on the moment!

Rest in the Moment and put your mind at ease.

When you are working out enjoy it. Focus on the moment and give it all of your attention and you will see how much more productive it will be.

When you are in love.

Love 100%.

Give it everything you have.

Focus on the moment!

Don’t bring work thoughts into that situation.

It’s Love!

Hey, and when it’s time for work.

Focus.

Know which work requires the white knuckle 10 and 2 position.

Also, know which work is easy so you can put on your favorite music and hit cruise control.

Be focused but relax at that moment.

Recognize when it’s something you've done a hundred times before.

Understand which situations require the white knuckle treatment and when you should just put one foot on the wheel and two eyes on the road.

My father taught me this at a very young age.

Sometimes I forget. Sometimes we all forget.

This mantra needs to be present in everything we do in life!

Sometimes life really is not that hard.

Enjoy the moment you are in. Whatever it is.

Be present!

Bring that energy of love, focus, passion, and intensity to the party!

God will never let us down!

He is a way maker, a promise keeper, and a miracle worker.

God is good! All the time!

All the time! God is Good!

Enjoy the ride with the most important people in your life!

Love them!

Love the Lord!

Love yourself!

You are a Child of God and as such you are fearfully and wonderfully made!

Psalm 139:14 : King James Version

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

It is times like this, during this pandemic we forget that.

We stress and stress and stress and stress!

For what!

We are not 100% in control all of the time!

So keep on driving.

Keep moving forward.

Know when you should have one foot on the wheel.

Remember though we always need two eyes on the road!

We need to see with a clear vision.

Without a vision, the people perish.

The Bible tells us this.

Proverbs 29:18 King James Version

18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Always be on the lookout for bumps in the road because we know there will be some.

We have to be on the lookout so we can plan and be ready for when they hit.

Look far ahead so we can see upcoming dangers and pitfalls so we can navigate around them.

Far too many times we are so unfocused. So stressed that we are not looking ahead.

Do it now!

Do it for the rest of your life.

Plan ahead.

Speak a vision for your life!

Create the plan, commit to it and start driving!

There will be times when the road has huge detours!

Put your hands at 10 and 2 and make the right moves.

At this point don’t be stressed. Remember the time to do the white knuckle shuffle will not last forever.

When it ends take that break to rest, recuperate, and recover.

For when the road gets bumpy again, and it will. You will be ready!

Always vigilante but never under duress.

The road of life seems so challenging at times.

Know this that the Lord our God will never forsake us.

Deuteronomy 31:6 — King James Version

6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Our Lord is always with us!

Take Job from the Bible! He stressed so much after everything he had lost. He stayed stressed until he broke through and could live with peace in the lord.

Job finally they understood that no matter what comes good or bad he could trust in the lord!

Proverbs 3:5–6 — King James Version

5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

When we do this the good road comes.

We must know this we must have Faith.

Faith in the Lord.

The road may be winding but we are heading in the right direction.

There may be bumps and detours but in the end, we arrive in the right place.

When we live our lives as Christ intended us to we will eventually arrive to be with him who is seated at the right hand of the father.

Have faith and joy!

Commit to this Daily!

Be Fearful for Nothing!

Be faithful in all your works and take action!

Without Action, faith cannot work.

The Bible Teaches us this!

Faith Without Works is Dead!

James 2:26 — King James Version

26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Well so is our vision if we do not act on our faith!

We might as well have lived a life of death and destruction, with a road that lead to nowhere because we muddled around in all areas without Faith, without works, without focus, and without knowing God is in Control!

God wants us to Act!

Do your part and he will do his!

Life is a Journey! Life is a blessing!

Put that foot on the wheel when it is needed and white knuckle it when it is not!

Commit to your work and live to your highest purpose so one day, we can say as Jesus did, “It is Finished”

John 19:30 — King James Version

30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

The words of our Lord and Saviour.

Until the day we die let us commit to these things which are great. These things that we love to serve our lord.

To be the absolute best in everything we do.

Be forever present and move forward always!

“One foot on the Wheel and Two Eyes on the Road”

I pray for you all and May the Lord Bless you on this Journey!

“Make it a Blessed Life”
