The need for what you do, your ability to do it and difficulty there will be to replace you.

In saying this, there are two types of income that a professional receives as compensation, psychic income and material income.
Certainly, everyone needs cash, wants cash, and chases cash etc. but the psychic income is the greatest form of cash on the planet as it creates a persistent disturbing pre-occupation (passion), with an often-unreasonable idea or feeling (mission), which is characterized by splendor or grandeur.
This is an idea that is strikingly beautiful or impressive (purpose).
The three operative words are passion, mission and purpose.
All three words are linked by a very specific frequency.
Unfortunately, many do not penetrate this frequency as one or more of the words are missing from their plan of action.
If you’re not willing to do more than what you’re being paid for, you will never get paid for more than what you’re doing.
You must begin to give people the impression of increase.
When you engage with people, they need to know that they will experience more with you.
Increase is coming as God didn’t bring you this far to leave you.
