If you can forgive, remember to also release it from your psychological house so it doesn’t sit in your subconscious mind festering.
Life is too short to carry extra baggage around from day to day.
Extra baggage is just that, extra baggage that weighs you down.
Extra baggage is created by present circumstances that fly through the space of time at a gazillion miles an hour.
However, our prehistoric brain has taught us that they are here to stay and we should focus on them intently.
So what do we do?
We dwell on the present image until it is firmly entrenched in our psyche.
We’ve all been there and done that.
There are two camps of thought, the dwellers and the movers.
Which one are you?
The dwellers love to dwell on the present circumstance and try to figure out all the possible equations regarding the why, what when, where, how etc.
On the other hand, the movers move on past the present circumstance. They realize that it is real and personal but do not allow it to immobilize their future efforts.
These people understand that in order to move forward, they must process it, forgive and release it to the universe.
As a result, their psychological house no longer has this tenant holding them hostage for any length of time.
Yes, forgive and release it as God will do the rest.
