“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” — Isaiah 41:10

“Don’t dwell”

“It does no good to worry about what may or may not happen tomorrow; nor does it do any good whatsoever to dwell on mistakes you might have made in the past. We can only learn from past mistakes and modify future behavior for the better. The only day that matters is the one before you. Today”. — Michael O’Neill

“Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life.” — Les Brown

“Don’t dwell on the past as your life’s God intended purpose is too important.

Most of the time, you are driving on a divided highway. You are not going to be reckless and abandon common sense however you are going to take some calculated risks based on your perception of what’s ahead.

If the vehicle ahead of you is preventing you from moving towards your destination, you must act decisively or you will be at a standstill.

This is the recipe.

Shower all the irritants that continue to cling to you and hold you back from your greatness. This includes, all the drama, lack of confidence, excuses, lack of gratitude, resentment, failed relationships, mistakes, suppositions, rationalizations and opinions.

As you shower these irritants on a daily basis, you will begin to feel freedom. You are now empowered to take on the world and the world now becomes your oyster.

Darren Hardy expressed this succinctly in one of his morning blogs, “No matter what stage in life you are, play. Chase down your dreams with aggressive pursuit. While the approach might be different, the ambition is the same. You were not designed to play small. You were made for greatness.”

Darren Hardy is right on the money. You were not designed to play small. You were made for greatness. That’s why at the onset, I have always said that you must act and the definition of act is always creating things.

You are in a constant state of creating solutions, alternatives, methodologies, concepts, or anything else that moves you closer towards your chosen goal.

You see if you’re always creating things, you are focusing on what you want instead of what you have. The corresponding result is not dwelling on past events.

Remember, present. circumstances do not count. However, well-intentioned caregivers taught us that present circumstances do count.

Eradicate this idea and you will begin to move forward towards everything that you want in this lifetime.

Don’t wait any longer.

Begin right now as waiting is playing it safe.

A great analogy is the remarkable paint. It’s an instant white board on any wall that you choose. When you’re done, simply erase, and start all over again.

You can start anytime and anywhere but you must begin. Act, as action speaks volumes.

Carpe Momentum.” (Copyright 2019 Franco Cianflone Lockdown)
